RESERVED GROOMING RULES 
PLEASE NOTE DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS IS DECEMBER 31, 2025  
NO WALK-IN RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED 
EXHIBITORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING ANY PRODUCT(S) FROM/AT THEIR GROOMING SPACE, EVEN IF THE PROCEEDS ARE DESIGNATED FOR A NON-PROFIT SUCH AS A SHELTER OR RESCUE. 

1- OPENING DATE FOR RESERVATIONS IS NOVEMBER 22, 2025. DEADLINE WILL BE DECEMBER 31, 2025  or when all reserved space has been allocated.

2-You may choose ONE of several sizes: 5 ft x 10 ft, $40.00; 10 ft x 10 ft, $85.00; 10 ft x 15 ft, $115.00; 10 ft x 20 ft, $150.00; 15 ft x 20 ft, $205.00; & 15 ft x 30 ft, $270.00 (sizes are approximate).

3-No more than 2 people may request to be placed side by side. The spaces must be the same size. No other requests for a particular space or to be set up near another exhibitor will be honored.

4-All rules applying to the regular grooming area will also apply to the reserved spaces.

5-No refunds for any space once reserved.

6-Money & request will be refunded by mail if the reserved area is full.

7-Only one space is allowed per person or organization.
