RESERVED GROOMING RULES 
PLEASE NOTE DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS IS JANUARY 2, 2026 
NO WALK-IN RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED 
EXHIBITORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING ANY PRODUCT(S) FROM/AT THEIR GROOMING SPACE, EVEN IF THE PROCEEDS ARE DESIGNATED FOR A NON-PROFIT SUCH AS A SHELTER OR RESCUE. 

1-All reservations must be in writing on this form. NO telephone, e-mail or internet requests will be accepted. Reservations will be handled on a first-come basis. OPENING DATE FOR RESERVATIONS IS NOVEMBER 22, 2025. DEADLINE WILL BE JANUARY 2, 2026 or when all reserved space has been allocated.

2-You may choose ONE of several sizes: 5 ft x 10 ft, $35.00; 10 ft x 10 ft, $75.00; 10 ft x 15 ft, $100.00; 10 ft x 20 ft, $130.00; 15 ft x 20 ft, $170.00; & 15 ft x 30 ft, $225.00 (sizes are approximate).

3-2 people (no more than 2) may send their grooming forms in the same envelope to be placed side by side. The spaces must be the same size. No other requests for a particular space or to be set up near another exhibitor will be honored.

4-All rules applying to the regular grooming area will also apply to the reserved spaces.

5-No refunds for any space once reserved.

6-Money & request will be refunded by mail if the reserved area is full.

7-Only one space is allowed per person or organization.
